• Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is in its original, unused condition.

• Exchanges: If your keychain arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to the custom nature of handmade goods, personalized items or those showing signs of wear cannot be returned.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• Avoid Chemicals: Keep the stones away from harsh household cleaners or perfumes to maintain their natural luster.

• Sunlight Warning: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause Amethyst to fade slightly over time.
