Payment Methods

Crystal's Garden and Gifts currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal payments.

*If you do a chargeback on your credit card or PayPal account a $25.00 fee will be applied to the amount due. If payment is not remitted promptly you will be sent to collections. No orders will be shipped when account is past due.

Refund, Returns, or Damages

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at Crystalsgardenandgifts@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address with PRIOR approval:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

RETURNS FOR PRINT-ON-DEMAND ITEMS: (Such as T-shirts, mugs, beanies, hats, and water bottles)

These items are custom printed on demand. We do NOT refund for buyers remorse. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

​Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Crystalsgardenandgifts@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All gift card sales are final.  No returns will be issued for gift card purchases.

Shipping

Crystal's Garden and Gifts ships via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location, and will be offered at the time of your purchase via the online shopping cart. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours

Sales Tax

Crystal's Garden and Gifts is required to charge Colorado sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Colorado. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state.

Privacy

Crystal's Garden and Gifts does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date. Be sure to keep an eye on the "New Items" category of our website, as we constantly bring in new items to replace those we have discontinued.

Wrong Address

If you  provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
