Sales Tax

Crystal's Garden is required to charge Colorado sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Colorado.

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices listed on our website will be the most accurate and up to date.

Privacy Policy

Crystal's Garden does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam your email address, nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any batch emails sent out will be only to notify customers of new or sale items as well as special offers and sales. At any time, a customer may opt out of receiving such emails, the quickest way is to click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email.

Shipping Policies

Crystal's Garden ships via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon the availability of these services and what is offered to your location. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location.
Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of receiving order, if items are available, and you are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package, and upon its return receipt we will credit you for the merchandise. Shipping fees and any return shipping costs will still apply.
An additional $17.00 charge will be applied for change of address, or location change after order ships (per box).

Return/Damage Policy:

Contact us at Crystalsgardenandgifts@gmail.com with the following information: Invoice number, Who Packed, Was the item checked off on the invoice/packing slip, if damaged please include a picture(please no zip files).  Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt of order so that we can help rectify and credit your account.

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box along with an RMA #. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
Crystal's Garden accepts returned items that are in resalable condition purchased less than 3 months ago. Oils that have been transferred into plastic containers are NOT considered to be in resalable condition. Discontinued items are not credited.

Refused orders that are returned will be charged return shipping plus a $2 fee. Returns over 3 months will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Backorder Policy

 When any item is put on backorder at Crystal's Garden, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $15.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.
